questionHow are the courses offered?
answer



Download - after purchasing a course you will recieve an instant link to PDF downloads and e-courses. You will then have access to download the course materials. Each user is assigned a unique code so courses cannot be freely shared. (for group courses contact us). You can study at home, in your own time and at your own pace.

On-line – All our courses are online e-learning and can be done in your own time and at your own pace. click the links at the bottom of the main page for a test drive! However, if you need additional help navigating the course work and you have webcam and PC access you can always reach us via SKYPE name:(gillianarmour)


Optional
 In person – make arrangements to study at our studio in Albuquerque and get a hands on experience.  If you want to attend courses in person please contact us at 1 (800)591-2353



questionDo these courses offer Continuing Education Credits?
answer

Our courses offer Professional Certification and are considered Continuing Education for Adults but no CEU's are awarded. They are also for professional and personal enrichment. All courses offered are in line with AICI's (The Association of Image Consultants)core competencies for image consultant study. Once approved for Continuing Education Units will change to active and students will receive CEU's when course work and final exams are completed. Please be advised that once the courses are approved for CEU the prices will raise accordingly.


 

questionAre classes available online for groups? 

answerYes, classes are scheduled in advance and you can choose to teleconference with a group, participating with comments, questions and feedback.  Contact us to make e-conferencing arrangements.

questionDo you have language support? 

answerNot at this time.  All courses are written and conducted in English. You can use Skype to consult in person if your spoken English skills are good.

questionCan I take your courses in person? 

answerYes, you are welcome to take courses in our studio in Albuqueque.  Accommodations are your responsibility. We do provide you with hotel information. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from the Albuquerque Sunport.

questionCan I contact an instructor if I need help? 

answerYes, you can contact us via Skype, telephone, email or mail.

questionIf I sign up for an on-line course how long do I have to complete it? 

answerYou can take as little or as much time as you need.  There are no deadlines for course completion. However, we do encourage you to get certified in your chosen field promptly and to start earning a return on your educational investment.

questionHow do I test once I am finished with the course? 

answerNotify us when you are ready to test and you will receive an on-line exam.  A passing score of 75% is needed for professional certification.



PRODUCTS:

questionAre there any refunds for course purchases? What if I don't like the material? 

answerNo.  Because the materials are downloadable they cannot be returned. However, we can guaranteee that you will enjoy the courses and will benefit from the learning experience. Students from around the world have successfully completed both our online studies and certification courses. See "Testimonials" for student feedback.

questionIf I need to review my courses with you via the internet what are my options?
answerCustomer care specialists are available at (800)591-2353. Instructors are available via email. Due to the amount of emails we receive daily we might not get back to you immediately but we will respond to your requests within 24 hours. You can contact us via Skype at (505)349-5699 online and if you have a web-cam we can review any part of the course with you.
